Here's how inhale works
Step 1:
Ensure the device is clean before using it. Bite down on the sides of the mouthpiece and close your lips around the edges to secure the trainer in place.
Step 2:
Stand or sit comfortably in an upright position and maintain good posture, or use as part of your workout routine. The knob at the end can be adjusted to increase or decrease the resistance level as you see fit. Higher resistance will make it more challenging. Aim to make your breathing challenging but not uncomfortable. Inhale deeply through the mouthpiece and draw a full breath. Focus on filling your lungs completely with oxygen.
Step 3:
Remove the device and control the exhale. If you are out of breath, rest until you feel in control, and repeat the exercise. This can be done up to 10 times to complete one set. Aim for 2 to 4 sets per day, as you see fit. You are training your lungs like any other muscle you would train in the gym.
WARNING:
Aim to keep the breathe training challenging, but not uncomfortable. If you feel any adverse effects, such as dizziness, headache, or struggle to catch your breathe, try lowering the resistance level. Always use caution and work your way up to higher resistance levels with time and practice.
